I was reading a review of the new zombie movie, Dawn of the Dead. Right next to it was another article about Mel Gibson’s, The Passion of Christ.

This got me thinking about what really happened to Jesus. I mean, here was a guy who suffered a terrible death and then rose from the dead. Shortly thereafter, everybody else was “becoming” Christian.

And how do you become Christian? Well, you first have to drown, then eat flesh.

Hmmm…

Think about it, right now, there are hordes of these Christians going around trying to turn everybody else into one of them.

Makes you wonder…

Mary, a truck driver, recently decided to get a dog for protection.

As she inspected a likely candidate, the trainer told her, “He doesn’t like men.”

“Perfect,” Mary thought to herself. “I’ll take it.”

One day, soon after she had acquired the dog, she was approached by two men in a parking lot, and she watched to see how her canine bodyguard would react.

Soon it became clear that the trainer wasn’t kidding.

As the men got closer, the dog ran under the nearest car.

Despite how you may have personally felt about the issue, there was a good logical reason for removing the Ten Commandments monument from the Alabama Supreme Court building.

You cannot post things like “Thou Shalt Not Steal,” “Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery,” and “Thou Shall Not Bear False Witness” in a building full of lawyers, judges and politicians. It creates a hostile work environment.
